Linda Davis, ASID, RID# 809
As a native Austinite, Linda Davis has practiced as a design professional in Austin with well known designer, Patti Riley-Brown, for many years, and has recently joined Amanda Still of Hill Design Studio in Georgetown. As a convenience to clients, Linda represents the Austin connection while the main studio is located in Georgetown.
Throughout her career, Linda has developed expertise in many design styles based upon her personal architectural background and twenty years practicing in the interior design field, completing design projects in Texas, New Mexico, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Hawaii.
As an art educator in her first career, Linda has the ability to communicate with ease with clients, architects, builders, and a multitude of trades & artisans. Her art background also gives her a great sense of color & scale, and enables her to create unique artistic custom designs.
Interior design represents the best of both worlds to Linda--doing what she really loves to do and creating a lasting & comfortable environment for her clients' lifestyles. There is nothing more gratifying than the client's reactions to the finished design!
Linda received her B.S. in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin, where she had previously obtained a B.F.A. in Art Education. And, Linda is forever thankful for her great life lessons in design excellence from Patti Riley-Brown.
